California builder warrantee question (new home):

How does one pursue claiming construction defects on a new home without obtaining a lawyer? What is the process for bringing a claim when builder of a new home is ignoring/refusing to replace important structural failings?

@ericakuhl @bkuhlsf @Spotify I like to add lights to the mix in the evenings. USB-powered LED string lights to (temporarily) put up at campsites makes it a bit festive & easy to find the way back from restrooms. Inside as well - dimming the overhead van lights. Inexpensive and fun vibe!

@USPSHelp URGENT: Moved to a [new construction] home in Berkeley last month & not receiving mail. Mail being returned to senders. Local USPS staff provided phone numbers to call Berkeley Postmaster for help. Been calling for 2 weeks and no one answers. How can we get this sorted?
