Recording Academy member Adam Merter Birson says:
“BTS ARMY should push for them to win Album of the Year, not be marginalized in a Best Asian Pop category. It’s great for smaller artists to get recognized, but BTS is way too big and important to fall into this trap.” 🗣️

@goldenjk7_ This Gyuri irritates me, she's arrogant and thinks she's the best, she doesn't know when to stop 🫤 so smart and doesn't realize he's not interested in her...
@Jk000kook@teawhoneynlemon@Jkstarking Don't talk nonsense, would you like it if someone spoke ill of your mother? Don't offend someone you don't know at all. Tae himself said that his parents had to work outside the home to support their children, and that's why he was raised by his grandmother.🫤
🟣📰💀It's the comeback all over again. South Korea complaining about having to provide security and public services for BTS FESTA, yet staying completely silent when hotels were trying to rip off ARMY. They keep wanting to reap the benefits of BTS's tourism, consumer spending, and cultural impact while expecting HYBE and BTS to foot the bill for things that are ultimately the government's responsibility to provide. It's absurd.
As far as I know, those public service and security personnel are already paid to do exactly that.
At some point, that country needs to confront the resentment and envy that seem to exist across so many layers of society—the kind of mindset that normalizes bullying, ingratitude, and stupidity The rest of the world is literally laughing at these complaints when the cultural and economic return BTS generates is exponentially greater.
I love BTS, and I respect that they love their country the same way I love mine. But you'll never catch me praising South Korea because of BTS. If anything, BTS succeeded despite many of the things I find deeply problematic about that society.
@oehvouwnh8321 @kiwikiyi@miniseeri Ahahah All the members of BTS admire Drake, they've said so several times, and they've even been with him at the American Music Awards.
@hypnoyouellie@WORLDMUSICAWARD@BTS_twt@Drake Is not true! All the members of BTS admire Drake, they've said so several times, and they've even been with him at the American Music Awards.
