#CoMCTeamEmerald submitted a poster to the #Rcm_Ni #INMO_IRL all Ireland midwifery conference. It highlighted transformation in maternity care using the #CoMC model and how it was implemented. And🎉 WE WON! 🎉 Brilliant discussions yesterday on sustaining midwifery🤰🏻
