Great to catch up with the cricket legend @AllanLamb294 in Cape Town. Getting stronger each day with all the support from around the world. My Kappa light chains have improved from 1420 to 121. 💪🏻💪🏻

Wimbledon 2023 🫶🏼
It was a highlight and a dream come true to play on center court (only my 2nd time) and I was overwhelmed at times how surreal it felt. Im really grateful I was able to experience that kind of match and I will always remember this memory, win or loose❤️🍀

Ah, Mark.....
You put up a very brave & public fight against cancer.
Inspirational. Sadly the dread disease has claimed another victim. I'm going to miss you big time, baldy. Gone too soon. Heartfelt condolences to Mark's daughters, family and fiancee.

Day 109...a day for the ages!
Celebrated the end of 6 weeks in the Andes with the most incredible, wind assisted, 2 hour, 100km descent down to Nazca.
I've never had quite that much fun descending in all my years of touring! And not sure I ever will again. Banking the memories!
