The release on eve of Three Kings Day was important. I have always highlighted this day as a “North Star” for the community development work we must do!

@harrisonfinberg Yes, yes and yes. They were given significant tax credits, spent a lot more than their initial costs and yes the city and Septa had to make additional investments.
Puerto Rico’s largest newspaper endorses Kamala Harris: El Nuevo Día endorses the candidacy of the aspiring Democrat, who presents concrete proposals for the island, and rejects the multiple insults and denigrating messages of Republican Donald Trump's campaign.
This fare hike is a direct result of the state's failure to properly fund transit, and our communities are paying the price. When we return to Harrisburg later this month, securing transit funding will be a top priority. We can’t afford to wait any longer
Check the record! I didn’t prevent, facts matter. I created tools, most folks understand that respecting neighbors is important to their projects. This developer did not and now he has carry cost that he wants to recoup making a more reasonable development almost impossible.
What a horrible thing to say about residents in Philadelphia who rent.
This is a former Philadelphia City Council member who prevented 100 plus units from being built on a lot that needed a zoning variance.
Unfortunately this is way too common in Philadelphia & needs to change.
@Johnbrown1860 The neighbors would say yes. The lot is better than a 100 plus unit building of renters who don’t always treat long term and older residents well.
@Johnbrown1860 The neighbors would disagree with your assessment. An arrogant developer who thought he could buy his development. For the record, I created many tools for predictable development, respecting and working with neighbors was a must!
In the latest episode of Battleground Politics with @Laurenjmayk, former Philly councilmember @MariaQSanchez discusses Kensington's future and the role of Latino voters in the 2024 election: https://t.co/59IrGVzNrT
@Johnbrown1860@harrisonfinberg@jongeeting Too many details missing and not going to address. I authored MIN, rezoned area and did TOD. When developers don’t work with impacted residents and want to buy their way out —- hence multiple owners, they don’t build trust and lose. Developers take note.
Christmas Village is hosting a series of Latino Vendors thanks to @esperanza_us . Rafa you are right, Amy’s is banging. Visit her on Arch street side of Love Park @PHLCouncil
@CMThomasPHL For the record I was the one who did the BIRT analysis 2011 to prove BIRT, NET BIRT, was a problem for small businesses. Our colleague Domb agreed and advocated. I changed, with Council support, how we viewed BIRT in this city. My legacy work.
Our second and fifth grade students received a visit from former councilwoman @MariaQSanchez💼 Students had the opportunity to learn about her political career and the impact she has on our school community! #EsperanzaAcademy#community#impact
