You drink water the wrong way my friend and slowly it harms your body

[William McGimpsey🇳🇿 @TheZeitgeistNZ]

The government is considering a ban on homeless people in Aucklands CBD. I support this - you want your city centre to be safe and look nice. And if any of these homeless are non-citizens, they should be deported.

Which generation are you? 👇

[Maria Ramas @MariaRamaRama]

For me, her answer is good but it's very motherhood statement ie. very generic.

[lesslln @lesslln]

Even grade schoolers would agree that Joy Barcoma had the best answer of them all. What just happened? This is such a disappointment. Oh, Joy Barcoma, you will remain one of the best representatives we've ever had. You deserved better.🥹🥹

The best memory of 2020 was how animals returned to the streets while humans were in quarantine

[Maria Ramas @MariaRamaRama]

Been trying to analyze that, too, and these are my findings why they voted for Robin et al over highly qualified Kakampinks.

Limited access to facts but wide access to fake news; non-discerning due to lack of education; and poverty thus selling their votes are the reasons why.

[Mackinley Zamora @MackinleyZamora]

I really cannot understand why some people settle for less when they can have more.

Bakit mas pinipili nung iba ang mga basura meron naman sanang matitino.

Why choose Padilla, Marcos, Marcoleta, Go, Bato, the Cayetanos & Villanueva over Risa, Kiko, Bam or even Ping & Tito? 🤔

[Maria Ramas @MariaRamaRama]

Agree. A united opposition as early as now is key to getting rid of any traces of Duterte in the PH.

I believe FVP Leni Robredo still has the magic power to unite the oppositions. A relevant core group should start courting FVP Leni now to make her run again in 2028.

[Jesus Falcis 🇵🇭 @jesusfalcis]

I agree.

I am “anyone but Duterte” in 2028 – hopefully it’s Leni Robredo but if she doesn’t run I will support whoever is the strongest contender against Sara Duterte.

I also support a big tent coaltion – I support yellow pinks progressives leftists and yes even Loyalist coming together to support a common candidate and/or a Senatorial slate.

Basta walang Marcos ang surname sa 2028, pwede na yan.

Panagutin ang Duterte-Marcos under a regime na hindi galing sa dalawang pamilya na yan.

The alternative to not uniting is the complete destruction of our democracy and the annexation of the Philippines to China’s interests.

It’s that bad. A Duterte in 2028 is an existential threat to the Republic.

There’s no other choice but to unite.

A full-time job should cover rent, food, and healthcare. If working 40 hours a week isn’t enough to live, the system is the one failing…not you.

Marami yan sila and and are not bothered about flood control projects and don't even know what is ICI. Thy don't think as their priority is to have food on the table. Sila ang nagpanalo kay Go.

[Fara Sa Bayan @FSabayan]

@lahingpnoy bumebenta pa ba ang mga ganyang pautot ng mga pulitikong pulpol?😂

Fonterra, used to be NZ Dairy Board before the mega merger, was synonymous to the country itself ie. New Zealand with the brands Anchor and Mainland were practically its pillars. Selling these iconic global brands to a European competitor is practically giving up NZ as a brand.

[Winston Peters @winstonpeters]

Fonterra shareholders have decided to sell iconic dairy brands Mainland, Anchor, Kapiti and others to the French firm Lactalis.

This is utter madness. It is economic self-sabotage.

This is an outrageous short-sighted sugar hit that is just giving away New Zealand’s added value to a company from a major EU country.  There is now no long term security for New Zealand’s farmers.

Three years after this deal starts, Lactalis can begin the three year notice to terminate the milk supply to these brands. Six years is meaningless for a long-term exporter. When it’s over, it really is over.

Meanwhile, Lactalis secures ten years of raw milk for its own consumer brands. It is astonishing that business commentators do not see the irony of this.

Where will Miles Hurrell be when that happens? How much are he and the rest of the directors going to make out of this deal?

And why weren't he and his fellow directors transparent and upfront with the New Zealand people from the beginning?

[Maria Ramas @MariaRamaRama]

Can't wait to hear Marcoleta's defense...

[Thea Tan @imtheatan]

Judge Sison said:

“In this instance, considering that Mr. Guteza presented the Sinumpaang Salaysay during the public hearing and is deemed to be the author (of falsification) thereof, appropriate falsification charges shall be filed against him.

“Similarly, all other persons who made use or uttered the Sinumpaang Salaysay signed by Mr. Guteza shall be liable for falsification.”

She noted that without a satisfactory explanation, whoever is found in possession of a forged document and who used or uttered it is presumed to be the forger.

She also said Guteza failed to provide a satisfactory explanation about why his affidavit bore falsified notarial details and Espera’s forged signature.

Given the latest poll results where 73% opposed, could it be possible that most of the respondents were Gen Z and Alpha?

[Ani O'Brien @aniobrien]

Hi New Zealanders,
I'm trying to work through my thoughts on the bill to ban social media for under 16s.
If you wouldn't mind could you tell me if you support or oppose and the key reason why?

[Maria Ramas @MariaRamaRama]

Pwede ring SHE ISTHE PROBLEM.

[DAVAOMIGRANT @nabunturanguy]

Pwede rin namang, "SHE IS A BIG PART OF THE PROBLEM!"

[Maria Ramas @MariaRamaRama]

Yes, considering that's DPWH, the agency in charge of infrastructure and that includes ensuring the safety of buildings.

[YaniYani 🌸🌸🌸🏳️‍🌈 @YaniYanCruz]

Walang smoke alarm ung DPWH ?
Walang sprinkler?
Wala nakapansin agad kht office hrs?

Hahahahha. Oh well

[Maria Ramas @MariaRamaRama]

Indeed. Let's have instead a Justice countdown.

[Jericho RoSALN @yourcupoftino]

Scrap the Christmas countdown on PH media. I want to know how many days it has been na wala pa rin nakukulong na korap.

Walang magpa-Pasko hangga't walang nakukulong. 😤

[Maria Ramas @MariaRamaRama]

It's about having good role models. Ergo if parents are normalizing corruption in front of their kids, they would think being corrupt is okay.

When I was young our neighbor had so many cars and imported stuff and bragged about it. His father was just a clerk at Customs.
