Not sure how the lithiation stages would be in presence of ionic liquid electrolytes. This is something that we need to look at.
The SEI will be different when compared to organic carbonate based electrolytes.

@PuDuan143907 Lithium intercalated in graphite is not stable if exposed to atmosphere.
We disassemble the cell and pack the sample in NMR rotors inside a glove box and run NMR as soon as possible once the rotor is taken out.

For NMR measurements, the graphite material from the electrode is scraped out carefully, and is ground with KBr to reduce the electrical conductivity and packed to MAS rotors.
