I am THRILLED to share that this research carried out as part of my masters has been published! If you are interested in what experts think about reintegration as a component of treatment for CPTSD, give it a read.

It’s made me reflect on how I view myself as a friend and what I truly value in relationships?? Didn’t expect to be psychoanalyzing myself so early on on the course
Started the dclin 2 months ago and, unexpectedly, the most challenging aspect so far has been the social side of the course. And as a social person, I didn’t think this would be an issue. However, the need to “fit in” and build friendships has been surprisingly draining.
Working with CYP has been incredibly inspiring. I could only wish for myself to have been as reflective, as emotionally intelligent and responsive as some of the clients I’ve been seeing. So grateful for the insights they’ve shared and the lessons learned together in sessions.

I started working as an assistant psychologist the other week and let me tell you, having been a PWP, the learning curve is still huge, as I don’t know the first thing about family therapy, for example, or auditing. But this is the best job I’ve had so far! So happy!
No dialogue and this moment right here had me tearing the hell up. The way that Ted Lasso manages to execute moments like this are always so breathtaking to witness.
Looking to talk to someone working as a research assistant in the psychology field, as wanting to apply for a research position soon but have 0 experience and understanding of this. Please help 🙏
#PsychTwitter#AssistantPsychologist plea. When I qualify, I will be supervising an AP. How much supervision do you have? What experiences/supervision do you find helpful/unhelpful? I came from a research background so great to get input. Thanks in advance, feel free to share🙏
