I spent a little over $10k on getting my rental property ready to rent again… I just got a new tenant that will stay for at least a year I’ll be cash flowing $1k on this one property! I was previously only cash flowing $600! I am excited, but need more doors to cashflow off of!

Make sure you have your property in a Trust(NOT A WILL) stating who you want the executed to be and how much power they get over your assets, because when you die people change when their is assets and money involved…
