@Simon111xyz @archer_rs It’s when there are number of people buying/selling their houses at the same time. It’s a nightmare when one (or more) in the chain either pulls out or reneges on the existing agreement, the chain may collapse meaning you need to start the process again, it’s very stressful.

@conor_brn Used to have them but removed them after a neighbour complained. Months later they said the noise had started again and it was keeping them awake. It wasn’t us, they had to go on the hunt to find out what it was, turns out it was one of their children’s toys 🤣
