@StarbucksCanada your APP is completely messed up, filed out the survey 3 times and I cannot get to the app. Now I lost out on rewards, couldn’t use my gift card that was loaded — ridiculous!!
@McDonaldsCanada I tied with the cashier giving them my 4 digit code (on 2 occasions) and both times were told it was invalid — also told “many people are having problems like this lately”
I thought a wonderful gift for Xmas was magnets with photos of my mother who recently passed… then I trusted @walmartcanada to do this… pre paid and ordered DECEMBER 21st — and nothing - no Magnets. Today is Jan 6th…. No “ready next day” magnets to bring to Xmas dinner.

We’re back at 11pm! Ya, that’s two weeks *in a row* with a new episode. Impressive, right? You must be thinking “Is John ok? Does he need a Cliff bar? Or a Gatorade? For the late night marathon he’s running?” No! He’s fine! We gave him an applesauce pouch and he is READY. TO. GO.
@ShopprsDrugMart after my last horrific interaction I gave one more try after someone reached out to me telling me it would be better. My patience was put to the test and now moving all my business elsewhere, and will recommend others do the same. #badcustomerservice#lostcx
