@British_Airways we arrived 5 hours early for our flight today from JFK. Waited 45 mins to check only to be told we were on ‘standby’ and had no assigned seats! Waited 60 mins to get seats. We are now in the security line approx 3 hrs. We have no hope of making this flight!
