This morning, we are filing two felony charges, Depredation Against Property of the United States and Destruction of Veterans' Memorials, in Federal District Court against Melissa L. Farris, offenses that carry penalties of up to ten years in prison. She is now in custody.

Disturbing new video has been released showing Hawaiian Democrat Congressional candidate Kirill Basin involved in a wild brawl after being asked to turn down his music - Basin then allegedly threatened a 61-year-old man, his wife, and other beachgoers with a knife before being knocked unconscious by a bystander who attempted to defuse the situation.

Basin was arrested and charged with two counts of first-degree terroristic threatening and held on $1 million bail.

A 13 year old boy in South Carolina defended his family and home when he shot and killed an armed intruder.

The teen noticed a vehicle pull up to his house and a man trying to force entry. He got his mother’s gun and open fired. Lamar Brown, age 31, was shot 3 times.

Then the teen continued to fire at the get away car in his driveway. The other thief Ira Bennett was arrested and charged with burglary.

No charges were filed against the teen since he was protecting his home and family.

Bravo for this young man.
