Can’t recommend enough @thedigradio series on Indonesia from Dutch colonialism to present. Amazing how little most Americans know about the 4th largest population center in the world, whose history has been central to changes in the world system over hundreds of years. Links ⬇️

From Gaza to Iran, the pattern is the same: precision weapons, chosen blindness, and dead children. The cost of failing to regulate AI warfare is already too high.

I would say I’m fairly knowledgeable about the corruption, violence, coercive authority, and brutal imperial power that pervades extractive sectors and yet I am still in shock at this Trump admin move to secure Zambian minerals

You cannot protect "British lives" by committing the UK into aiding & abetting an illegal and illegitimate war of agression against Iran. The only task you can thus achieve is to continue to serve the murderous interests of the US/Israel in the Middle East. Disaster, Mr Starmer.
The US attacks on Iran are illegal, so the UK cannot aid or assist them.
But Iran's attacks on Gulf States are also illegal, so the UK can join in their collective self-defense.
Starmer therefore decides to defend the Gulf States ... by aiding the US.
This man is a lawyer.
If you’d like to understand the history of the country that US and Israeli imperialists are waging an illegal and unjust war against check out @thedigradio’s five part series with Eskandar Sadeghi-Boroujerdi and Golnar Nikpour on the history of modern Iran https://t.co/0Ahp8HVxE9
