@LeoRautins @Bloomex_canada I completely agree. I have the same experience. They are not responding, not giving a refund, not acknowledging when they did NOT deliver!!!! I have sent numerous emails. #TerribleCustomerService @Bloomex_canada is terrible!

Hey @Bloomex_canada are you a legitimate business? I was charged for flowers that were NEVER delivered and despite repeated communications I am only receiving bot responses and the complete runaround. Deplorable! @Bloomex_canada is a scam! Don’t order form them #ScamWarning
