Hon @DaudiKabanda: The @GenMKmovement does not agree with the creation of new administrative units in the country because it increases the cost of public administration. In fact, as soon as we get into power in 2026, we will hold a referendum on whether Ugandans still need these so many MPs and other elected leaders. @mkainerugaba
