Off out to get another carton of milk so I can have a cup of tea & give my grandson some cereal. If only I had a fridge that worked @LGUK I’d be able to store milk instead of buying it twice a day and living like it’s 1916.

@LGUK it’s been a month. This is really ridiculous now. I’m paying callout charges for these companies. I’m not made of money. I’m a midwife. I work shifts. I’m busy. And I’m going to the shops every day because I DONT HAVE A FRIDGE FREEZER. I don’t have time for this!!!

@LGUK are insisting that I use this company. @0800Repair are insisting that they don’t replace compressors.

Meanwhile, I STILL DONT HAVE A DAMN FRIDGE.

So @LGUK sent me to @0800Repair who carry out their warranty work. And guess what.........

THEY DONT REPLACE COMPRESSORS.

@repaircareuk (the recommended repairer) wouldn’t budge on this. It went above their repair budget limit. @LGUK #fridgegate

The @LGUK recommended repair company have said they can’t repair it because the parts are too expensive.

It has a 10 year warranty which it’s not even halfway through. It apparently needs a new compressor. @LGUK are telling me to use their recommended repairer.
