If you are going the self-taught route, you must have discipline. There is no way around it.
You don't have teachers, peers, or a syllabus to guide you. You must set up time each day to try to study, learn, or build.
It could be 5 minutes, it could be 2 hours. Just carve out some time. Because once you skip a day, it is easy to convince yourself that you can start back up.
I made this mistake and didn't start back up for months. Create a schedule and stick it somewhere you can see. Stick it on a mirror. On your refrigerator. Staple it to your forehead if you have to. Just be accountable for your day and know what you have to do.
