It’s incredible to learn what @Avast considers customer service. I have had the most infuriating exchange with multiple “customer service reps” who obviously don’t read emails before replying. Finding another service because this is ridiculous.

seriously @mec? I ordered 3 of these. They're about 6" long or so each. I received *1* in a much bigger box than necessary, with a lot of brown paper 1 day. The next day, I received the remaining 2, in an equally large box paper filled with paper. Is this #Sustainability
