Can this be sorted out ASAP?! My baby’s car seat has now been lost for 6 days!!! Have spent my holiday on the phone with British Airways to absolutely no help - SO disappointed with your service!!!

@British_Airways No, we still haven’t heard anything about the baby’s car seat. We were told it would arrive on Sunday night, it is now Thursday and still haven’t heard. Have phoned countless times and received no help - very disappointed.

@British_Airways Lost baggage in LAX - a car seat for 9 week old baby. Luggage arrived out on the flight after us yet still has not been given to courier and now cannot be located. So disappointed with the lack of help and interest we have received from BA.

@British_Airways Online tracker said it was out for delivery on Sunday night but it has still not arrived. Have contacted courier but they have not yet received it.

📚👀P5/6M CHARACTER VISUALISATION. As part of their novel study on Charlie & the Chocolate Factory, P5/6M had to use clues from the passage to visualise a Mr Willy Wonka.
The pupils worked well partner reading, highlighting key vocabulary and then used this to create Mr Wonka.
