▶️Tarak Ben Salem (Arab Maghreb Union) - support for a maghreb blue competencies center and the role of maritime clusters to implement it.
▶️Anja Detant (@cinea_eu) outlined EU’s flagship competence framework for the blue economy and available EU funds
▶️Imed Zammit (#WestMEDTunisia) described the outcomes of their recent National stakeholder event on devoping an integrated national vision for blue skills
