@dutweets your service has become an absolute pile of garbage. The fact that you still have customers shocks me! Call center transferring wrongly.. you don’t even know your own IVR! And after confronting them the fourth agent disconnects the call..garbage!

#EIB #emiratesislamicbank are absolutely the most garbage bank in UAE. They cannot differentiate genuine cases. EOSB held for two paid and closed credit cards! Someone in a hospital and not getting treatment coz of their callous behavior. #YearofTolerance ..they can’t relate..
