@BBT strikes again... Made a payment yesterday and received an email confirmation, however money not withdrawn and still hasn't posted to my account. Of course the system wouldn't let me make principal payment today. Why is BBT system so messed up? Anyone else have issues?

@BBT wants to charge me $25 per hour to do an internal investigation to look into my account after I stated that I'm being charged more interest than I should be, according to the formula they use to calculate interest on their loans. How is this even legal? Extortion 101 @BBT

@BBT so my 30 min call yesterday to make a loan payment towards principal for $2k was never processed. WTF!!!

@BBT There has to be a less painful way to make a phone payment. Provide a "Make Payment" option where you only need to provide SSN, name, and bank info. Nobody is wants to make a payment to another person's account, so why the hassle? Just decline if they ask for other info.

@BBT 30 min and counting to make a simple loan payment over the phone because you don't allow payments over $1k even if you are past due an amount greater than that (I'm not past due). Why??? Why do you need a blood sample from me to take a loan payment to MY account?

@BBT I was offered a $50 gift card in the mail for the inconvenience 02/27, however I haven't received anything. Called the branch and there were no notes added to my account. An email was sent to everyone who helped with the transfer to ask if they remember. Dropping the ball @BBT
