Found it difficult, the culprit is “change blindness” a failure to notice important changes
Designers can prevent this by:
✅ Making one change at a time
✅ Highlighting critical elements
✅ Clearly signaling changes and feedback
“Make users feel like they’re getting closer to their goal.”🥳
This is the reason why I designed the second version of the checkout flow for an e-commerce platform to improve user experience.
