Ss discovered our new central idea today: People investigate systems to develop theories about our world. We first thought about the important vocabulary and then unscrambled the words to reveal the idea! #pyp

These tiles allowed Ss to think flexibly about arrays, discover new ways to break them apart and solve problems with bigger numbers!

Reading about the rescue of Dindim the penguin inspired so many thoughts and feelings for us today. We loved using our stop and jot notebooks, as well as, emojis to capture all of our ideas as we read! 🐧

Today in small groups each student got to take a turn leading their group by sharing their screen and recording their groups answers. We got to learn a little more about each other and practice for working collaboratively in breakout groups this week!

Today we were POG communicators and collaborators as we provided and used feedback to improve our writing!
