@cosmicfirepeace As we've seen in a number of recent incidents, the forces out there are typically small - and/or they rely on RCMP that can be kms away. And given the lower-ish crime rate, a lot aren't as well-trained (or as well-equipped) as they should be... 💙

@cosmicfirepeace It should be. But the tree canopy there can be so thick, it literally blocks out the sunlight... I was thinking more along the lines of ground critters and bugs, since evidence of those should be visible to searchers.... 😔
