2022 میں جاری کیا گیا نوٹس لیکن اج بھی سندھ میں ڈاکٹروں کو ماہانہ اجرت کے معاملے میں انتہائی امتیازی سلوک کا سامنا ہے۔ اے ایس ایچ کے ہاؤس آفیسرز کو گزشتہ 3 ماہ سے تنخواہوں میں سرکاری اضافہ کے ساتھ تنخواہ نہیں دی گئی جو کہ سراسر ناانصافی اور ناقابل قبول ہے۔
