@btq96r @KingKane75 @KXNGAO I don’t think anybody argues with no-compete period, but the fact that it was unpaid. In practise, non-compete comes with a compensation during that period, usually a proportion of the person’s salary. Not sure how this can be legal, in Europe it would not be.

@Boredmember79 @Martin53546786 @TheDrainmaker For one night, yes, the TV audience was big. But in the following weeks it slipped back to 2009 levels, outside of the March fiasco going h2h with Raw. Tickets-wise, 2010 saw no meaningful increase vs 2009. Hence, my point that overall he did not move TNA business, unlike WCW.

@BackupHangman Jay was great at first, but hasn’t been at his best since the Hangman and MJF matches, whether it’s caused by effort, health or creative. Finlay was never going to fit in AEW and was only signed because WWE’s interest was lower than perceived, so his position is not surprising.
