Why?

1. Prime Minister Netanyahu is overhauling the country's judicial system to give the Israeli parliament more control over Israel’s judiciary.

2. This includes how judges are selected, what laws the Supreme Court can rule on, and even giving parliament power to overturn Supreme Court decisions

3. Today, the Defence Minister broke ranks with the government and urged a halt to Netanyahu's plan

4. Netanyahu sacked him

My thoughts: The centralization of power is NEVER a good idea.
