@MSCCruisesUSA Still waiting on my Excursions and Cruise to be refunded. I have called was told by customer service can’t access the Excursion history of my bookings done on MSC website. They stated the Accounting Department has to look to see why only one passenger refunded.
Still waiting for my refund from request submitted 3/14/20 for flights that @Fly_Norwegian Cancelled. I DM and got generic response like many others. How isn’t this an automated process of refunding?? Has anyone actually received their refund?!?
@Fly_Norwegian I received an email today asking me to fill out another claim form for my flight that #Norwegianair canceled. I previously Filled out this form for a refund. The new one doesn’t show that option. Your customer service phone number says closed. Please respond.

@Eurostars@EurostarsHelp I have contacted your hotel through Expedia messaging. I am told your “guidance” doesn’t allow Refunds cause room is non-refundable. How is this possible when due to worldwide travel bans and closures the trip is impossible?

@MSCCruisesUSA Yes I’ve looked at the website but asked specifically about the Grandiosa itinerary which seems to be the only one that hasn’t changed when all others have. Is there a reason for this?
