@sueatcraven @RachelReevesMP 66 because it is the current state pension age, I'm expecting to have to wait till 68, so if they offered me it at 66 with a pro rata amount I'd probably take it. Maybe that's the rule that you can take it one or two years earlier at pro rata. This is all pie in the sky anyway.

@Matt_Pinner Most definitely, it's ridiculous that at school it is mainly academia whereas a good portion of pupils are more suited to vocation, and instead are made to feel inferior. I'd be proud to be able to construct UK infrastructure and so should they.

@sueatcraven @RachelReevesMP I've probably explained this poorly. The state pension has a triple lock so will keep increasing. The state pension age is going to increase to 67 soon and to 68 later. All I'm saying is that if someone wants to retire at 66 then let them, and let them claim a pro rata amount

@RachelReevesMP And i believe it is planned to increase state pension age, so why not keep the current age but payout a lower amount, keep increase the age of the current payment but allow people to claim earlier but at a lower amount

@RachelReevesMP Please could you get rid of the ability for people to delay claiming their state pension and for it to accrue, it would be far better to run a use it or lose it approach both for pension liability and income tax

@andyhersh @Keir_Starmer I'd rather get rid of GPs , my experience over the last couple of years show them hiding behind an online chat room prescribing pills with no interest in diagnosing your illness, whereas the hospital spotted it very quickly and now I'm fine
