For Halo’s future, you have two options:
A) cater to chuds online, half of whom won’t play Halo, and the other half would play for a single week, all while rebooting Halo’s story either fully or partially and destroying investment from the fanbase
With everything happening with @Halo right now, I'm seeing tons of people worried about Halo Fest's status. I understand your concern. It is very unstable and unsettling. That said, I cannot think of a better time or place for @Activision to introduce themselves to the Halo Community and at least roughly outline their plans for Halo going forward. The logistics of it can likely take many forms, but the easiest would be to bring the folks who were running Halo Fest on board and set them back on task. The Future of Halo is more or less guaranteed. @XBOX have made that much clear. There is room for the seasoned vets and devs to reprise their roles from across the 3 eras of Halo and room enough for new blood to hit the ground running and add new flava. It's an uncertain time, and change can be uncomfortable, but the potential is still there, and much can be achieved in short order.
Artificial intelligences do not undergo experiences, do not possess a body, do not feel joy or pain, do not mature through relationships, and do not know from within what love, work, friendship or responsibility mean. Nor do they have a moral conscience, since they do not judge good and evil, grasp the ultimate meaning of situations, or bear responsibility for consequences. They may imitate or even simulate, but they do not understand what they produce, for they lack the affective, relational, and spiritual perspective through which human beings grow in wisdom. #MagnificaHumanitas
🇮🇱❌✝️☦️ For the first time in the entire history of Christianity... not during the Crusades, not during the World Wars, not during the pandemic – the Church of the Holy Sepulchre is CLOSED. The tomb of Christ. Sealed. By Israel. Three weeks into a war it started. Holy Week approaching. Two billion Christians on earth, and the door to the holiest site in their faith is shut because Netanyahu needed his war.
Throughout all of history, wars, tensions, even the pandemic limited access but they never prevented liturgical celebrations at this place for weeks on end. Al-Aqsa locked. The Via Dolorosa empty. The Old City a ghost town. Every faith that prays toward Jerusalem denied entry by the government that claims to be its guardian.
This is what the Third Temple cult produces. Not holiness, not peace, not the fulfilment of any scripture any living Christian (beyond the theological oxymoron of Christian Zionism) recognises. Just locked doors and empty altars. One of the most sacred ground on earth for Christians turned into a security perimeter for a war that has no exit.
While Christian clergy are turned away from the tomb of the resurrection during Lent, the people who did this are being funded, armed, and politically covered by leaders who call themselves Zionist Christians.
Open your eyes.
Stark County, Ohio
Yesterday, Canton City Council announced an increase in utility bills for all customers starting next month, citing 'necessary infrastructure upgrades and increased operational costs.'
They failed to mention the 5,600-square-foot, 1.5 MW redundant data center in Canton that is driving up energy costs.
They also failed to mention the major data center project is breaking ground in nearby Perry Township. Metallus (formerly TimkenSteel) Faircrest plant.
This increase is just the first of many for Ohioans. With officials like Jon Husted, Vivek Ramaswamy, and Rob McColley who will support Ohio legislation that further protects data centers from absorbing the energy costs and infrastructure upgrades, abandoning regulations, and granting 15-30 year tax abatement on property taxes - the cost will go to consumers.
Japan will develop the largest natural gas generation facility in history, in Ohio. It will satisfy the massive energy requirements for data centers.
Ohio will be the US AI/Data Center Hub due to energy reliability for energy intensive AI, low-latency delivery content across the Midwest, massive tax abatements for development, land availability, and low risk of natural disasters for data loss.
The Ohio GOP will support the energy sectors, as referenced by the First Energy scandal, any way possible.
Ohioans need to seriously consider who they want protecting this state, and our families. It's coming whether we want it or not. It's a matter of how destructive it will be, and who will run interference as the Governor.

Ohio, an economy the size of Switzerland, sees just 48 trains a week and has no rail links between its major cities. Yet the state found $600M for a new Cleveland Browns stadium, 136× more than it plans to spend on rail projects over the next two years.
You cannot call your political adversaries Nazi fascists and modern day Hitlers and then say political violence is wrong when your deranged lunatic supporters act on your statements and kill or attempt to kill the people you’ve attacked. I will not accept it. No one should.
BREAKING: Argentina President Javier Milei releases a statement:
“The left is always, at all times and places, a violent phenomenon full of hatred.”
He’s right.
As a child, atheist historian Tom Holland was fascinated with ancient civilizations like Rome, Greece, and Persia.
But the more he studied them, the more alien they became.
Why were they so different from us?
This is what he discovered (thread)🧵
Thank you @realDonaldTrump for your leadership and courage. I'm committed to advancing your vision to Make America Healthy Again.
We have a generational opportunity to bring together the greatest minds in science, medicine, industry, and government to put an end to the chronic disease epidemic.
I look forward to working with the more than 80,000 employees at HHS to free the agencies from the smothering cloud of corporate capture so they can pursue their mission to make Americans once again the healthiest people on Earth.
Together we will clean up corruption, stop the revolving door between industry and government, and return our health agencies to their rich tradition of gold-standard, evidence-based science. I will provide Americans with transparency and access to all the data so they can make informed choices for themselves and their families.
My commitment to the American people is to be an honest public servant. Let’s go!
