PRAYYYYY... God saves.

Men get into marriage thinking that they are going to get unlimited sex only to be hit with responsibilities.

I don't know who needs to hear this but whatever you're going through, you are going through it alone.

13. HEAL FROM YOUR PAST.

Stop punishing new people for what your ex did.

Stop assuming everyone will betray you.

Stop carrying unresolved anger into every conversation.

Take responsibility for your healing.

Don't make an innocent person pay for your past.

[Mark | Written Notes. @Mark1_Notes]

The goal isn't to become rich enough to attract women.

The goal is to become disciplined enough that your life doesn't fall apart when a woman leaves.

Build yourself first.

Love is healthier when you're no longer looking for someone to rescue you.

[Mark | Written Notes. @Mark1_Notes]

12. BUILD A LIFE OUTSIDE RELATIONSHIPS.

Have friends.

Have hobbies.

Have goals.

Have responsibilities.

Have something meaningful to do on weekends.

Your girlfriend should be an important part of your life, not your entire identity.

[Mark | Written Notes. @Mark1_Notes]

DO NOT DATE WHILE:

- You're broke.
- You're in terrible shape.
- Your life is chaotic.

First, get your life in order, man.

As a man, Here's 15 things you should fix before dating a woman...

[Mark | Written Notes. @Mark1_Notes]

11. LEARN HOW TO HANDLE REJECTION.

Not every woman will like you.

Not every relationship will work.

Not everyone will recognize your value.

That's life.

Accept rejection without begging, insulting, or humiliating yourself.

Know when to walk away.

[Mark | Written Notes. @Mark1_Notes]

10. STOP COMPETING WITH OTHER MEN.

Your friend bought a car.

Your classmate got married.

Your neighbor built a house.

Good for them.

You're on your own journey.

Never spend money you don't have to impress people who don't care.

[Mark | Written Notes. @Mark1_Notes]

9. LEARN TO KEEP YOUR WORD.

If you say you'll wake up at 6 AM, wake up.

If you say you'll save money, save it.

If you promise to finish something, finish it.

Before asking someone to trust you, become a man who trusts his own word.

[Mark | Written Notes. @Mark1_Notes]

8. REMOVE BAD HABITS.

Stop wasting entire nights scrolling.

Stop spending money carelessly.

Stop entertaining habits that destroy your productivity.

Stop making promises you never keep.

Your daily habits determine the man you're becoming.

[Mark | Written Notes. @Mark1_Notes]

7. STOP SEEKING FEMALE VALIDATION.

Not every woman needs to find you attractive.

Not every message needs a reply.

Not every rejection deserves an emotional reaction.

Build confidence that doesn't depend on attention.

Know your worth.

[Mark | Written Notes. @Mark1_Notes]

6. FIND SOMETHING WORTH WAKING UP FOR.

You don't need your entire future figured out.

But you need direction.

A business.
A career.
A skill.
A meaningful goal.

A relationship should complement your purpose, not replace it.

[Mark | Written Notes. @Mark1_Notes]

5. GET CONTROL OF YOUR EMOTIONS.

Stop reacting to everything.

Stop turning small disagreements into arguments.

Stop allowing anger to control your mouth.

A mature man can be upset without becoming disrespectful.

Emotional control is strength.

[Mark | Written Notes. @Mark1_Notes]

4. LEARN TO ENJOY BEING ALONE.

A man who cannot sit alone will tolerate almost anything to avoid loneliness.

Stop chasing attention.

Read.
Train.
Work.
Pray.

Build a life you enjoy even when nobody is beside you.

[Mark | Written Notes. @Mark1_Notes]

3. CLEAN UP YOUR LIFE.

A messy room.

Unpaid bills.

Broken promises.

Bad sleeping habits.

No daily routine.

If your personal life is constantly falling apart, adding a relationship won't magically organize it.

Start with the basics.

[Mark | Written Notes. @Mark1_Notes]

2. GET YOUR BODY IN SHAPE.

You don't need six-pack abs.

But you need to respect your body.

- Lift weights.
- Walk daily.
- Eat better.
- Sleep enough.

Your body carries you through life.

Stop treating your health like it doesn't matter.
