@TheGymGroup everyone be ware of this company no customer services skills at all and will take an age to respond. There live chat isn't live chat they reply within a week plus if they close your gym too bad it's in the small print avoid at all cost

@Merlin_HR tried 2 upgrade my merlin pass 2day from gold 2 platinum and was advised need 2 cancel & rebook so no rewards for loyalty. Decided 2 cancel passes completely and jist buy an alton towers annual pass. Your customer services are a joke no wonder merlin is in such a mess
