@British_Airways You guys are as much use as a chocolate teapot when it comes to customer service. It also is a concern that you are picking and choosing who you reply to on here. Conventionally ignoring cancellation queries. I’ve never seen such bad service

@British_Airways anybody planning on booking with BA, don't do it, avoid. I've been attempting to get through on the phone for hours, they keep telling that nobody is available, and its the same with the live chat. They cancelled my flight

@British_Airways Your service is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Honestly, just give the option to give me my money back on your site, as opposed to getting me to jump through hoops, and not answering the phone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
