@Shardii3 @Hermesparcels Yes I am now thinking with all them parcels they have to sort out from last weekend there are parcels everywhere and getting lost and going missing I think the decision to go back to royalmail has been made

@Hermesparcels Your company could of had the decency to let people know there was a problem with scanners at parcel shops shame on you there is a certain way of dealing with a treating people and Hermes is not very good at this

@1975_shark @Hermesparcels Yes Ian my shopkeeper said it has accepted none that people booked out themselfs at All and there are reports now it’s happening in other parts of the country I am going to call the shop right now
