@tuuu28283 In Tennessee, 40 degree dailey temp swings are normal. But even over the course of a week it can varry drastically. Imagine it snowing on Monday, but 75 degrees and sunny on Friday.

@hoshizorarock Here in the states the climates that are most similar to Japan are Pacific North West (Washington (the state) and Oregon) and the Southeast (Tennessee to Florida). PNW has the cooler temps and extreme humidity. SE has the heat and extreme humidity. Yes. It is raining today in TN.

@learning_yohei It is mandatory in high-school to take two years of a foreign language. The most common is Spanish as that is our southern neighbor Mexico's language. Its also the second most common language in the US. Other common options are French, German and Latin.

@roikets Use above ground tanks. If they are elevated you won't need a pump. Easier to clean and maintain that way too. You don't need a filter. Also if your really stuck on the sprays part burry those and use pavc or blue pex. Clear will grow mold.

@BarndoLife The laundry/bathroom area. Everyone touched on this. It's ass. Half the laundry. Move the door on the bath to the side and make the bathroom larger and pass through to the bedroom. This will give you space for a mudroom/back foyer space for the back door. Don't wall it off.
