@NinthStreetWatc It's an oddity to state the fact that they are non-regulatory and non law enforcement? I never questioned their efficacy or intellect. I think our city lawyers are pretty smart as well and they don't think we're in violation. Assertion is not fact smart lawyers notwithstanding.

@NinthStreetWatc Yes. The SELC letter has been bandied about with the accompanying dramatic 3 chords. They are an advocacy group with an opinion and lawyers on the payroll. They are not a regulatory body nor a law enforcement agency. If and when we violate the real cops have our mailing address.
