#Panorama you need to investigate the utter mess the #HMPO are at the moment with passport renewal. I've had a renewal in for 11 weeks now when others can get a renewal in 4 days how can this be a system. #belfasthmpo

#hmpo my sons passport has been at #Belfasthmpo office for 11 weeks now and its not moved. Its only a renewal and we travel in two weeks time. Get it together 😡
