🚨 Around 4 am, the Illinois Senate passed a revised Bears stadium bill creating local stadium authorities by a 37-17 vote. But the House adjourned the Spring session without taking it up.

Bottom line: The Bears bill is on hold unless Gov. Pritzker calls a special session. Lawmakers aren’t expected back until the Fall veto session in late October.
