@British_Airways Wasted an hour on the phone, was told to submit my claim, your systems never work. I have saved everything I was trying to submit and can fwd if you like too.

Is it just me... Or is British airways just horrible now? @British_Airways how can u justify £600 in baggage costs when I had business class flights?! I didn't even go over my allowance?! Now, when trying to make a claim online, your website doesn't work& won't submit the claim!!
