@LNRailway A quick question about this. Do they cover a range of routes and times of day? I only ask as I tend to take the same service each morning and am asked by them for my ticket on maybe 8 out of 10 journeys. When I take the train 10 minutes later, I don't think I've ever seen them!

@LNRailway Hi Leah, that’s fine if (a) the train actually runs (b) isn’t delayed or (c) isn’t dangerously overcrowded as its covering for multiple cancellations. Thankfully I have almost a month now where I won’t have to subject myself to the daily pain of using LNR to get to and from work
Hi @LNRailway, could you help me with this one please? Are the near constant delays and cancellations a figment of my imagination? I gave up claiming a while back as it was like pulling teeth to get the £3.10 I was entitled to but thought I’d try again, with predictable results
@tomhfh@RossLydall@LouHaigh This is based on both sides of both central boards showing the relevant information. The outer sides of both often don't, leading to even more people packing into the area between the two inner boards.
@loveholidays Just wondering if you think it’s acceptable that 4 hours after arriving at her accommodation to be told it’s been cancelled, that my daughter and her 3 children still have mo room at either this or an alternative hotel? Beyond reprehensible service.
