New semester begins my final year - officially entering the ‘I’m tired of being tired’ phase of law school. 75% done and running on determination, little sleep, and the faint memory of free time. Here goes nothin!
@JoshuaKabler@wholemars That’s a non-issue, here. No selection bias because it’s already accounted for in the results. The data includes accidents occurring within 5 seconds of disengagement.
@watsoncomedian Paul McCartney, Pope John Paul II, Muhammad Ali, Michael Jackson, Queen Elizabeth II, the 1-800-KARS4KIDZ commercial, Mahatma Ghandi, Elvis Presley, that one super energetic sports fan unknowingly caught on camera with the endearing dance moves…
I’ve made it through 30% of law school. Next semester starts Monday.
After previewing my Torts II course, I’ve determined "Frolic and Detour" will be my band's name one day. Or our album title. I don't have a band. This is reason enough to fix that. Here is our album art.
@DropboxSupport I’m a business account user and recently lost ability to create links to share stored content. I’m now receiving the error “Couldn't copy link - You don't have permission to create a link to this content” without apparent reason for such an error. Please help…
@motionVFX I love your products but am frustrated having purchased items with confirmation of a successful transaction from my card, though your site says the payment wasn’t successful. I purchased again with a seperate card. How do I get a refund on the first payment?
@spitspinner@Christo25568024@wholemars@elonmusk Let’s see. We know the approximate weight (~10k) of the empty trailer, we know how much cement weighs and the quantity loaded was ~44k, and the entire Semi was upwards of 82k lbs. Are you suggesting the cement was in fact styrofoam? What’s your angle here?
@spitspinner@wholemars@elonmusk Seems, without a load, the Tesla Semi weighs about 27k lbs compared to diesel semi at 25k. Empty trailer 10k lbs for either, so Tesla haul about 43k lbs of goods 500 miles on one charge with a diesel just 2k lbs more.
@MaverickP04 @Jason_lloydd @DitzyAuntie @Opcn@GustavoManso11@Tesla At about four times the cost. Regardless, the Tesla Semi is geared more for the short haul industry it will revolutionize.
@Opcn@Jason_lloydd@GustavoManso11@Tesla Tesla Semi weighs about 27k pounds - 2k more than average diesel semi, plus the 10k pound empty trailer for either. Tesla Semi can haul about 43k pounds of goods 500 miles on one charge.
@Xanthopteryx1@Jason_lloydd@GustavoManso11@Tesla Without load Tesla Semi weighs about 27k lbs compared to diesel semi at 25k lbs. Empty trailer weighs 10k lbs for both allowing Tesla to haul about 43k lbs of goods 500 miles at a fraction of diesel cost. Diesel semi hauls about 2k lbs more than the Tesla.
@GerrySchiller@Jason_lloydd@GustavoManso11@Tesla 500 miles is perfect for the short haul industry to charge (70% or 600 kWh in just 30 minutes) while it’s being reloaded at hub with minimal maintenance expense and much more cost effective energy usage than burning diesel.
@Xanthopteryx1@pepetideo@PhilhCH@jpr007 Tesla has revolutionized with more real world usage than anyone, a charging network years ahead of the industry, manufacturing, battery and IP tech others wish they had developed when Tesla did. Tesla will leapfrog competitors here in no time…
@beyerch@Tesla It will revolutionize the short-haul industry compared to internal combustion ancestor. Short haul spends as much time in loading bays as the road returning to hub for quick recharge at 1/4 of diesel price and reload of goods to haul. In for the long haul with the short-haul…
