Idea: companies should consider "learning sabbaticals"

Weeks to month-long periods where ppl can pull back and learn a relevant skill.

A marketer learns UX.
A designer learns coding.
A sales person learns FB ads.

The material is all online. Ppl just need the space to learn it.

Just finished my 2nd day of my new job.
