@KeenanPeachy The Pope was the ultimate decision maker to say these lines. He also set the theological and cultural environment for the writers (accepting your claim that someone else wrote them). He is responsible, period.
@joshnaa2gez As it is written:
“There is no one righteous, not even one;
there is no one who understands; there is no one who seeks God.
All have turned away, they have together become worthless; there is no one who does good, not even one.” Romans 3:10-12
@Daneicus It’s not a question of being nice or conservative. It’s a theological question. I welcome Mormons as good people and political allies, just as I do people from all religions. But that doesn’t mean I must accept their theological beliefs as Christian if they clearly are not.
@realKellyKnight We believe in the Jesus taught by the Old and New Testaments. Jesus never mentioned the Christian Creeds, and I note you didn’t include a scripture reference for that false claim. But I salute your honesty in admitting your belief in a made up “Jesus”.
@BasedMikeLee I’m so sorry this evil tragedy has been visited upon your faith community. But is it really appropriate to use this to continue a divisive debate on theology?
@tedcruz Gee, what could Republicans in the Senate do to motivate their voters? HOW ABOUT GETTING OFF YOUR LAZY, COWARDLY ASSES AND PASS THE SAVE & OTHER LINGERING LAWS & CONFIRM JUDGES AND APPOINTEES! YOU LOOK LIKE PATHETIC FRAUDS!
Our Rulers are the most prejudiced, ignorant, vile human beings in “polite society.” They lie, cheat and destroy with complete soulless impunity, moving through their lives in a stupidity bubble so thick that nothing short of a thermonuclear social media response can penetrate.

Senator Mike Lee has done a great disservice by going on X to demand that LDS be designated officially as Christian by the DOW. He could have resolved this in private but instead chose to create a public firestorm. Theological debate is interrupted as hate -> division. Shame!
@LukeFHan The answer isn’t to open the door wider, it’s to do the hard work of defining what’s essential to Christianity and which religions go beyond that boundary. The Apostles Creed is a good starting point. Not easy, but necessary in a disintegrating religious nation.
