I want to give you guys some facts about General Chappie James. He wasn’t a “DEI” hire—he was a complete badass that had to overcome MORE than any white pilot. Did 178 combat missions—that’s like 7 bomber tours on a B-17 in WWII.
His medal count? Impeccable. 3 Distinguished Flying Crosses, 14 Air Medals, Two Legions of Merit, and a Defense Distinguished Service Medal. One of the original Tuskegee Airmen, the first four-star African American General.
Hegseth couldn’t sniff the level of soldiering and warrior that was in Chappie’s DNA. God bless him. And Hegseth took down his picture from a hallway like a racist little child, which is what he is.
RFK Jr has cut Alzheimers research.
Alzheimers.
One of the most devastating, urgent and increasing health problems we face today.
He's not interested.
He's a nasty piece of work.
Trump's Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins: "If we have a big screwworm infestation—which we will not, we're on top of it..."
The screwworm has returned to the US after 60 years after Trump and DOGE eliminated a program to contain the flesh-eating parasite.
Throwing it back to a live performance of “We Won’t Be Shaken” as we celebrate the album’s 13th anniversary this week!!
Crazy to think these songs have been part of your road trips, church services, and hard seasons for over a decade now. We’re still so grateful for you all. ❤️
Here's how the corruption works:
Thursday: RJ Reynolds donates $5M to Trump
Saturday: Trump invites RJR execs to Mar a Lago; execs ask to loosen regs on flavored vapes; Trump calls up RFK Jr. and tells him to change it
Friday: FDA changes the policy

Last year, HHS Secretary RFK Jr. fired all full-time employees in the CDC’s cruise ship sanitation program, gutting the agency’s ability to investigate outbreaks and inspect ships.
Now, after a deadly virus outbreak aboard the Dutch cruise ship MV Hondius left three passengers dead, U.S. officials are monitoring possible infections in multiple states as the CDC no longer has a full-time cruise ship sanitation team.
Great job, everyone.
When Neil Gorsuch tried for 2 years to sell his $1.8M property with no luck, but only 9 days after getting confirmed to the Supreme Court, sold it to a lawyer with multiple cases before SCOTUS, then failed to disclose the buyer’s identity - there’s a stench on the bench.
Def one of my favorite moments in the night. Pure passion and the DiverseCity band slays it.
“And after it all I’m here to say…..
I still believe.”
“So then, since we have a great High Priest who has entered heaven, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold firmly to what we believe.”

60 Minutes did a piece on former Senator Ben Sasse, who stood up to Trump after January 6: Personality cults aren't conservative. Conspiracy theories aren't conservative. Lying that an election has been stolen? It's not conservative. Acting like politics is a religion. It isn't conservative.

The Boundary Waters do NOT belong to the @SenateGOP.
They do NOT being to Donald Trump.
And they certainly don't belong to a Chilean billionaire who will destroy OUR land and water to sell ore to China, @ChuckGrassley and @LeaderJohnThune.
REPUBLICANS ARE CORRUPT!
States and counties better get creative with road haul agreements and other local permits needed to stop this nonsense. We should not be polluting our land and water for greed. We've protected these places for decades. Trump and the Republicans trying to undo that work. VOTE THEM OUT.
Not a single American outlet has bothered to touch this very obvious story. It’s clear there are things they are not allowed to cover and the mainstream media and press dutifully obeys.
Pete Ricketts will do anything to win an election.
He'll smear people with dishonest mailers. He'll flood the airwaves with lies. He'll funnel his family's dark money through outside groups to destroy candidates he doesn't control. He'll plant fake candidates in the opposing party's primary to split the vote. He'll demand loyalty oaths from elected officials, and when they don't comply, he'll spend a fortune trying to ruin their reputations. He'll even use out-of-state dark money groups to go after moderate Republican farmers who dare disagree with him on taxes.
He doesn't just try to win elections. He tries to destroy people.
Organizations under his control have been sued for defamation and LOST in court.
Here are three candidates who found out the hard way.
In 2018, Republican state Senator Laura Ebke was showing free screenings of "It's a Wonderful Life" at small theaters across her district in southeast Nebraska. She had already cleared it with the Nebraska Accountability and Disclosure Commission before doing it, but the NEGOP under Ricketts' control accused her of bribing voters. Ricketts' people sent mailers attacking her every other day. The smear campaign worked. Ebke lost her seat and her reputation was damaged. Despite her storied conservative record (she joined and was endorsed by the Libertarian Party!), Ricketts destroyed her political career for the crime of not voting exactly the way he wanted her to in the Legislature.
In 2022, Ricketts funded a PAC that ran vicious attack ads against Republican Matt Williams in a University of Nebraska Board of Regents race. Williams probably voted with Pete 95% of the time in the Legislature, but that 5% was enough for Ricketts to set out to destroy not just Matt's campaign, but his reputation entirely. The ads called Williams a "secret liberal" and claimed he let violent criminals, including pedophiles, out of prison early. Both things were lies. Despite a Board of Regents race typically not drawing major spending, Ricketts dumped more than $314,000 to oust Williams for the crime of voting his conscience on just a few issues that differed with the governor.
In 2020, Republican Janet Palmtag was running against Ricketts' preferred candidate for a state legislative seat. The NEGOP, which was under Ricketts' control at the time, sent out mailers saying Palmtag "broke the law," that she was "too irresponsible to keep her license," and that her real estate license had been "revoked." All of it was false. It damaged Palmtag's reputation so much that a jury awarded her $500,000 for defamation.
Ricketts is running this same script on me but Nebraskans have seen this show before.
The Ricketts family has treated this state like a Monopoly board. This November, Nebraskans have the chance to take our state back.
