Bay Area bartenders are spiking new cocktails with seasonal fixings—think cinnamon, turmeric, and dates—while others are finding comfort in playing with childhood favorites (boozy Count Chocula, anyone?). https://t.co/NMMa3D5cWN
Happy #Christmas from the woodland world of Grange Park Opera where a Woodland Creature Chorus perform Guerra guerra from Bellini's #Norma (when the Druids rise up against the Romans).
Animation by Bloom Pictures.
@BritishBaseball. Liking the Bournemouth-Milton Keynes YouTube feed!
Can the announcer please mention that the CROYDON PIRATES are starting up again next year and looking for players? Would be really helpful.

If the Statue of Liberty poem is about Europeans then surely the Second Amendment right to bear arms is about muskets, not assault rifles. #Hypocrisy https://t.co/41zpPHZQrm
@EarlyMusicWorld That wasn’t really the point, rather it’s that artists can serve as whistleblowers on society’s deterioration... yes we have to be resilient. But we should also be funded. There’s a limit to the cuts that can be endured.
1969- Kurt Vonnegut posits “the canary in the coal mine theory of the arts, [saying] that artists are useful to society because they are so sensitive. They keel over like canaries in poison coal mines long before more robust types realize there is any danger.” #watchart#fundart
