@DowntownFrank Not sure this isn’t just the usual media noise. All the talk I hear from members is about the choice of the candidates on the ballot and not bringing Boris back. Even if some perhaps regret losing him.

@DowntownFrank @UKLabour We let the MPs choose Theresa May! Def agree with shortening the process but left to MPs Rishi would be Leader and I predict now that’s not what the ordinary members or donors want and they bank roll the party.,

@DowntownFrank Not sure quite yet Frank. Chesham was manly HS2 protest vote and having been to Batley 3 times in last couple of weeks, including yesterday was buoyed by support from very unusual quarters although not quite enough. Galloway antics also helped Labour to galvanise support I feel.
