@Kcbrooks76Kelly @LegalZoom Agreed! the LegalZoom process has been so emotionally painful! Back in December 2021, I paid LegalZoom to assist me with filing my DBA for my business. The process has been extremely arduous to say the least. To date my DBA documents have yet to be submitted to IRS.

@LegalZoom This process has taken so long and there has been so much miscommunication or lack of communication. I’ve requested several manager callbacks without response or followup. The lack of customer support my managers to help me has been so stressful.
