Yes, period huts are back. Because girls just aren’t embarrassed and awkward enough about menstruation.
But what happens when the trans-identified boy feels excluded from the period hut? What if he feels less of a girl? Perhaps it would be easier just to tell girls to stay home.
@MrTCHarris Vile so-called gay conversion therapy has, thankfully, been illegal for many years, partly because it's rightly seen by society as homophobic. Talking therapy for distressed *children* before taking irreversible drugs/mutilating their healthy bodies is parenting and duty of care.
Hampstead ponds have three pools, one for men, one for women, one mixed, no one is excluded, wear what you like, but decent men no matter how they identify would leave the women’s pond alone. Unless it’s all about validation & forcing women to comply
@FondOfBeetles@TracyEdwardsMBE I wear a lot of trousers too… and shave my arm pits, legs occasionally, still doesn’t make me a man 😂 if all you have left is insults that tells us everything. Decent men stay out of spaces & sport for women. And it’s still & always was the law.
‘Four major newspapers published 17,000 articles about trans people in the last five years. How about mind your own business?’
This is extreme hypocrisy. There was no objection when trans-affirmative items, features and films were being pumped out without relief to a previously uninterested public. Indeed all that content had the encouragement of, and many were instigated by, organisations specifically set up to ensure that the self-identifying narrative swamped every media outlet.
No presenter should ever allow this claim to get past them. Trans activists wanted media coverage, lots of it - they just don’t like it now it’s moved toward journalism instead of unadulterated PR.
